Peru

RICE went to Pisco, Peru in January 2009 partnering with Calvary Chapel Downey. We held a medical clinic in Pisco for nine consecutive days. Over 500 people in Pisco, Peru were seen and helped according to their own personal needs. Each day before the clinic began, the people would line up around the building waiting to be seen by a doctor or nurse; it was a very humbling sight. RICE is so grateful to those who helped support this mission and our donors for the pallets of medical supplies we were able to take to Peru.
